  15.  
  16. The emergency in Georgia caused by floods is subsiding.  In response
  17. to this situation, the FCC declared emergency will expire Friday,
  18. July 15.  The Georgia Emergency Management Agency has given the
  19. Amateur Radio Emergency Service permission to secure their
  20. operations, while Red Cross officials in the affected areas will
  21. maintain the service of ARES members until Friday morning, July 15.
